2022-2026 CEDS Appendix E: Post Pandemic Toolkit

The 2022-2026 CEDS contains an appendix with a Post Pandemic Toolkit. This contains resources for community preparedness, business resiliency, CEDS implementation, placemaking, Opportunity Zones,  rural health care, affordable housing, and applying for grants, including fact sheets, white papers, and other toolkits from State and Federal sources.
